Philanthropy Technology & The Performing Arts
Tin Pan Alley is a community-based events management
resource. We assist non-profits in producing fundraising events.
Leveraging a network of artists, venues, service providers and vendors we
strive to simplify event management for nonprofits in the Bay Area.
We are a membership based organizations of non profits,
performers, venues and supporters of those three stakeholder groups
that
just completed a four performance series at The Pan Pacific Hotel in the
downtown retail theater district of San Francisco in which the hotel gave
concert ready space for up to 80 guests to support a non profit chosen by
the performer in a sophisticated nightclub setting and enjoy a prominent
local performer. These shows supported the premise of creating community by
uniting these stakeholders to benefit each other in the following ways:
The venue hotel was given food and beverage revenue
they don’t normally get from this meeting space and guaranteed a two drink
minimum.
The venue hotel was partnered with a socially
compelling community agency with little capital outlay.
The venue hotel was accessed and utilized by as many as
80 new potential clients per show and derived new leads and opportunities
for virtually no expense.
The venue hotel received favorable publicity in all
local media.
The non profit raised funds and awareness of its
mission and activities.
The non profit created new partnerships and visibility.
The non profit benefited from publicity it would not
have received.
The non profit built brand.
The performer was given paid work.
The performer expanded his experience and client list.
The performer benefited from publicity and new work
opportunities.
The performer built audience.
Tin Pan Alley Productions has developed a fourth stakeholder group and is working to build successful relationships and durable partnerships with products and brands that are natural fits for strategic alliances and brand building with hospitality, the performing arts and non profits. We have successfully produced events with sponsorship from See’s Candies and Stolichnaya Vodka and are looking to expand relationships with these fine companies and many others where together Tin Pan Alley Productions, performers, venues, non profits and sponsors expand and support one another to enrich each other and the greater good through self sufficiency and social enterprise.
Tin Pan Alley Productions partners with sponsors and each stakeholder group to publicize the calendars and activities of each member and the positive effects of all events produced and promoted in collaboration with members. We also earn revenue and recognition for production assistance with events like Jan Wahl’s Annual Evening at the Oscars, The AccesSF Producers Awards Gala and a variety of entertainment based awards programs and events.
